Property includes public access next door,
large kitchen, living room, deck, and private dock.
Kids and adults are free to use all of Winjum's amenities.
This beautiful lake home is set up for light housekeeping and comes with: bedding, dishware, pots/pans, dinnerware, flatware, coffeemaker, toaster, picnic table and fire ring. Home has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, full bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning and heat. Does not come with towels or soaps.
Cabin Check-in is 3:00 pm * Check-out is 10:00 am
DEPOSIT required within 7 days of booking (check or money orders only, remainder due on check-in
60-day prior notice of cancellation for a refund (less 25% cancellation fee)
ALL visitors must register at the resort when they arrive and must depart by 11 pm.
Daily Visitors charge of $7.00 upon arrival
Pet Policy
A pet is welcomed! Must be leashed and in control at all times. Winjum's reserves the right to refuse a pet. A $10 charge per day will be added at check-in. Pet owner is responsible for damages and clean-up.
Outside firewood not allowed to be brought in!
